For the 100th anniversary of our War Hymn, we arranged several engagement events: chiming the War Hymn from Albritton Bell Tower at noon daily during the week of the Ole Miss football game in November 2018; selling “Item of the Game” T-shirts; handing out thousands of custom 12th Man towels during Midnight Yell the night before the game; and a special tribute with the relatives of J.V. “Pinky” Wilson who wrote the War Hymn in the trenches of WWI—on Kyle Field during halftime.

Result: 1.9 million social media impressions and 56,589 social media engagements
