Digital Signage


The digital signage service is a centralized system for managing existing digital signage systems and procuring new hardware solutions with a shared responsibility between the Division of Marketing and Communications, Technology Services, and Facilities and Energy Services.

Getting Started

For digital signage support, including sharing digital signage content across campus screens, content creation, or to request onboarding, please submit a request through the digital signage support form. Before submitting a digital signage sharing request, please review and follow the content submission requirements and asset review checklist.
